I know this doesn't have anything to do about saving money, but it does have to do with saving lives, a very important thing in life!
If you live in the Cincinnati, OH area, I would definitely recommend checking this out. Gold Star Chili is teaming up with Hoxworth Blood Center to sponsor a "Give Blood... Cincinnati Style" Summer Blood Drive Tour. It started May 13th and runs through September 16th. The Hoxworth blood donation mobile will be at 32 various locations throughout Cincinnati on certain days, and from 12-3pm Gold Star Chilimobile will be on location giving registered donors a FREE t-shirt and cheese coney!
