$19 King's Island Tickets!

Do you live in the Cincinnati area?  If so, I'm sure you're familiar with King's Island, the wonderful amusement park.  This Sunday, July 31st they are attempting to break a world record of making the biggest human pink ribbon!  In honor of this, they are selling tickets for $19!  The only catch's are that in order to get tickets this price, you have to 1. Wear a pink shirt, and 2. Participate in the world record attempt.  I don't think those are such bad catches, though, because what's wrong with wearing pink (especially to support a cause), and who wouldn't want to participate in a world record attempt?

Gold Star Chili Blood Drives

I know this doesn't have anything to do about saving money, but it does have to do with saving lives, a very important thing in life!

If you live in the Cincinnati, OH area, I would definitely recommend checking this out.  Gold Star Chili is teaming up with Hoxworth Blood Center to sponsor a "Give Blood... Cincinnati Style" Summer Blood Drive Tour.  It started May 13th and runs through September 16th.  The Hoxworth blood donation mobile will be at 32 various locations throughout Cincinnati on certain days, and from 12-3pm Gold Star Chilimobile will be on location giving registered donors a FREE t-shirt and cheese coney!
